The team! Sanremo MYBA Superyacht Chefs Competition, with my Michelin Star Chefs and photographers.
The theme was Healthy Indulgence – Wellness on the Plate.
Chefs had to produce a brunch menu with sweet, savory and baked goods, incorporating healthy proteins, vitamins and minerals, and lots of superfoods. Fabulous competition and closely contested.
